Because our products are handmade, slight variations in fabric placement, stitching, color, size, and appearance may occur. These variations are part of the character and uniqueness of handmade products and are not considered defects.

Because custom products are created specifically for the customer, they may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund once work has begun, except where required by applicable law or where Cyd Sews agrees otherwise in writing.

If a customer supplies personal clothing, fabric, photographs, or other materials for a custom project, the customer is responsible for ensuring that they have the right to provide those materials for use in the project.

6. Handmade Product Variations

Our products are handmade individually rather than mass-produced.

Small differences in stitching, fabric positioning, quilting patterns, dimensions, or color are normal and may occur between products.

Such differences do not necessarily constitute a manufacturing defect.
